The patient has the worst of all worlds. An open bite and a broad smile and severe recession.  On top of that, extremely discolored roots. 

A woman in her 50's has been living with this all her adult life. I have not yet found any solution to this problem except extracting her teeth, and that is something she is reluctant to do. 

She does have some bone loss although it is not significant, and has been fairly well maintained over the years.

I would appreciate all of your opinions.
