When diagnosing conditions, it can often be important in picking up disease that has origins elsewhere in the body which can include diabetes, blood disorders, cancer and even leukemia. Fortunately most of these conditions are manageable but it is important that you get a thorough oral examination. Occasionally when there is a condition that does not allow itself to be readily diagnosed, a biopsy is done painlessly.
